Ingredients

1: whole red chilli 8

2: coriander seeds 1/2 cup

3: black peppercorn 1/4 cup

4: cinnamon stick 1/2 cup

5: fennel seeds 1/2 cup

6: cumin seeds 1/2 cup

7: turmeric powder 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. 1: dry roast whole red chili, coriander seeds, black peppercorn, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds, and cumin seeds till golden on medium flame.

    2: grind it to make a powder.

    3: then mix in the ground mixture with turmeric.

    4: keep this mixture in an airtight jar.

    5: use as required.
