BARBECUE CHICKEN BURGER

Ingredients

 1: chicken mince 1 kg

 2: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 3: salt 1/2 tsp

 4: garlic powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 5: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 6: onion powder 1 tsp

 7: bbq sauce 1/3 cup

 8: dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup

 9: Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup (grated)

 

For Caramelised Onions:

 1: onions 2 large (sliced)

 2: oil 1 tbsp

 3: salt 1/4 tsp

 4: sugar 1/2 tsp

 

For Assembling Burger:

 1: buns 7

 2: lettuce

 3: mayo

 4: BBQ sauce

 5: Cheddar cheese or mozzarella slices

Instructions

  1. BARBECUE CHICKEN BURGER

    1: to make caramelized onions: in a frying pan heat oil add onions, salt, and sugar, and cook till soft and has a dark brown color on high flame, keep steering.

    2: in a bowl add chicken mince, dry bread crumbs, Cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, salt, red chilli, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper mix well, grease your hands with a little oil, and make round patties.

    3: heat oil and fry the patties for 5 to 8 minutes on both sides and do press on the patties while frying, once cooked place on a paper towel.

    4: warm the buns.

    5: to assemble the burger: spread mayo on the buns, place the Patti, cheese slice, caramelized onions, BBQ sauce, lettuce, and the bun top.

    6: Served hot with fries and drinks.
