BANOFFEE PIE

Ingredients

 

 

1: digestive biscuits 300g (crushed)

2: butter 190g(melted)
 
3: banana 3 medium(sliced)
 
4: sweetened condense milk 1 can (397g)
 
5: whip cream 2 cup
 
6: icing sugar 1 cup
 
7: white chocolate chip 2 tbs
 
8: dark chocolate chip 2 tbs
 
9: toffee sauce for garnishing

Instructions

  1. BANOFFEE PIE

     

     

    1: place the unopened condense milk can in water cook it for 3 hours, making sure the water does not dry, on high flame.

    2: crush the biscuits, melt the butter, mix together and spread the mixture in the cake tin, press on the base and sides and put in the fridge.
     
    3: after 3 hours remove the can & let it cool down before opening.
     
    4: once cooled add the condense milk in a bowl mix till gets smooth.
     
    5: beat the cream and icing sugar till gets thick.
     
    6: slice the bananas.
     
    7: add the bananas, condense milk, cream spreading evenly and garnish it with chocolate chips and the toffee sauce, cover and keep in the fridge to chill.
     
    8: serve chilled.
