BANG BANG SHRIMP ( COPYCAT )
Ingredients
Marination:
1: King shrimps 1kg
2: salt 1/2 tsp
3: black pepper powder 1/2tsp
4: garlic powder 1/2tsp
for coating:
1: corn flour 1 cup
2: eggs 2
For Sauce:
1: mayo 3/4 cup
2: Thi sweet chilli sauce 1/2 cup
3: peanut butter 1tbs
4: Sriracha hot sauce 2 to 3tbs
For Serving:
1: lettuce 2 cups (finely sliced)
2: spring onion green only 1 (sliced)
for frying oil can deep fry or shallow fry.
Instructions

1: in a bowl add the shrimp, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and mix well.
2: beat the eggs, dip each piece in the egg then roll in the corn flour and keep aside.
3: heat oil and fry the shrimp till golden on both sides on a medium flame for 2 minutes on each side, place them on a paper towel to remove extra oil (make sure the oil is hot and do not cover the pan).
4: in a bowl add mayo, sweet chili sauce, peanut butter, and Sriracha sauce mix well, and add the fried shrimp toss and coat them well.
5: serve it on the lettuce and garnish it with spring onion.
6: enjoy.
