BANANA & NUTELLA CAKE

Ingredients

 1: salted butter 115g (room temp)

 2: caster sugar 180g

 3: eggs 2 (room temp)

 4: bananas 3 medium (ripe)

 5: baking powder 2 tsp

 6: plain flour 300g

 7: Nutella 5 tbsp

 8: vanilla essences 1 tbsp

 9: 9"inch spring form tin (greased & floured)

  1. BANANA & NUTELLA CAKE

     Preheat Oven 180c, 350f, gas mark 4.

     1: in a bowl add sugar, and butter & beat till gets smooth

     2: add the eggs and beat till combined.

     3: mash the bananas and add them to the egg mixture, add vanilla and mix well.

     4: now add plain flour, and baking powder and mix it with a hand whisk till combined.

     5: Transfer the batter to the pan, top it with Nutella, and make swirls with a knife.

     6: bake it for 45 to 50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean (if it brownies too much on the top, cover the cake with foil).

     7: Serves warm with ice cream and drizzle a little melted Nutella.
