BADAM KA DOODH

Ingredients

 

 

1: almonds 1cup (soaked in water and remove skin)

2: full fat milk 7 cups

3: double cream 1 cup

4: sugar 6tbs

5: green cardamom powder 1 tsp

6: mace 1/4ts

7: saffron 1 pinch

8: cashew nuts 20g

9: pistachio 30g

10:almonds 20g

 

 

Instructions

  1. BADAM KA DOODH

     

     

    1: in a grinder add, pistachio, almonds, cashew nuts and grind it to a powder, keep aside.

    2: in a grinder add the almonds, water 1/2 cup, grind to a paste.

    3: in a pan add milk, cream, green cardamom, mace, saffron, sugar mix well wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium till 6 cups of milk is left.

    4: then add the almond paste, grinned powder 2tbs mix and cook for further 10 minutes on low flame.

    5: garnish it with the grinned powder.

    6: serve chilled.
