ATTA BESAN LADOO

Ingredients

1: ghee 1 cup

2: chickpea Flour 3/4 cup (thick granules)(100 grams) 

3: Wheat flour 3/4 Cup (100 grams) 

4: icing sugar 1 & 1/2 cup (225 grams) 

5: melon Seeds 2 tbsp 

6: pistachio 12 (sliced)

7: almonds 20 (sliced)

8: green Cardamom powder 1 tsp

9: raisins 2 tbsp

  1. 1: in a pan add ghee (leave 2 tbsp for frying the nuts) and heat it, add the wheat flour, and gram flour and roast it on medium flame till gets golden, keep stirring, then keep aside to cool it.

    2: now in a pan add 1 tbsp ghee and fry the almonds and pistachio, keep aside, in the same ghee fry the melon seeds and keep aside.

    3: add the fried nuts, melon seeds, raisins, and green cardamom to the gram flour mixture, mix well, and wait till the mixture has cooled down so that you can touch it and should feel warm.

    4: now add the icing sugar and mix well.

    5: now make the ladoo.

    6: serve and enjoy.

    NOTES: if the mixture feels to dry and you cannot make ladoo, then add the remaining ghee.

    store in an air-tight box or jar and use it for 4 to 5 months.
