ARABIAN RICE

Ingredients

1: rice 400g (boiled with 2tbs salt)

2: chicken breast 2 (cut in strips)

3: salt 1&1/2 tsp

4: black pepper powder 1 tsp

5: mustard paste 1 tbs

6: ketchup 4 tbs

7: Worcestershire sauce 4tbs

8: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs

9: garam masala powder 1 tbs

10:cloves 8

11:bullet green chilli 5

12:raisins 1/4 cup

13:yellow food colour 1/4 tsp

14:oil 5tbs

Instructions

  1. 1: marinate chicken with, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, ginger & garlic paste mix well cover and keep for half hour.

    2: heat oil fry the onions till gets soft on high flame.

    3: now add the chicken and cook till the chicken is cooked on medium flame.

    4: then add the green chilli mix and add the boiled rice mix well.

    5: add cloves, garam masala powder mix well, now mix the food colour with little water and spread over the rice, raisins.

    6: cover the lid with a tea towel and simmer the rice on low flame for 5 minutes.

    7: serve hot.
