Andhra Style Chicken Curry
Ingredients

To Make Garam Masala Powder:
1: cinnamon stick 2 inch pieces
2: green cardamom 6
3: cloves 10
4: fennel seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: cumin seeds 1 tbsp
6: coriander seeds 2 tbsp
For Marination:
1: boneless chicken 1 kg
2: black pepper powder 1 tsp
3: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
4: turmeric 1/2 tsp
5: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: lemon juice 2 tbsp
7: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
8: garam masala (recipe above)
9: dry fenugreek leaves 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: dry curry leaves 2 pinch (or) fresh 10 leaves
3: green chilli 5
4: onions 2 large (grind)
5: tomatoes 2 large (grind)
6: green chilli 5
7: fresh coriander hand-full
Instructions

1 in a grinder add all dry spices under garam masala and grind to to a powder.
2: in a bowl add chicken with all ingredients under marination, mix well and leave it for 2 hours.
3: heat oil add curry leaves, green chilli, onion and fry on high flame till gets golden.
4: then add the chicken mix add tomatoes mix and cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
5: now add water 1 cup mix and cook on medium flame till the chicken is tender and oil separates.
6: add green chilli, fresh coriander mix well.
7: serve hot with Roti, Naan, Rice.
