ANDAY AUR ALOO KA KORMA

Ingredients

1: eggs 8 (boiled)

 2: baby potatoes 300g (pealed)

 3: thick greek yogurt 1 cup

 4: coriander powder 1 tbsp

 5: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 6: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 7: nutmeg 1/4 tsp

 8: mace 1/4 tsp

 9: turmeric 1/4 tsp

 10: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 11: kewra water 2 tbsp

 12: fried onions 6 tbsp

 13: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 14: oil 1/2 cup

 15: fresh coriander handful 

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add yogurt, fried onions, ginger & garlic, coriander powder, red chilli, turmeric, garam masala powder, salt,  nutmeg, mace mix well.

     2: in a pot add oil, the yogurt mixture, water 1 cup mix well and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     3: then add the potatoes and cook it for 1 minute, add water 1 glass cover and cook on high flame till the potatoes are  cooked.

     4: now add the eggs, kewra water, fresh coriander mix well. (if the gravy is to thick add little water).

     5: serve hot with Naan.
