Anday Aloo Ki Tikki

Ingredients

 

 For Tikki:

 1: potatoes 1/2 kg (peeled, boiled & mashed)

 2: eggs 4 (boiled & grated)

 3: salt 1 tsp

 4: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 5: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 6: plain flour 2 tbsp

 7: carrot 1 small (grated & squeezed)

 8: onion 1 small (finely chopped)

 9: green chilli 3 (finely chopped)

 10: mint 15 leaves (chopped)

 11: fresh coriander 2 tbsp

 

 For Frying:

1: eggs as many required 

 2: oil

 

Instructions

  1. Anday Aloo Ki Tikki

     1: in a bowl add all ingredients under tikki, mix well.

     2: grease your palms and make small round tikki.

     3: heat oil.

     4: beat eggs.

     5: dip the tikki in the egg and place it in hot oil, fry till gets golden on both sides on medium to high.

     6: once fried place then on peper towel to remove extra oil.

     7: serve hot with any sauce of your choice.

     

     NOTE: you store this mixture in the fridge for 4 days, this mixture can be used in making sandwiches, burgers.
