  • 12 Eggs (boiled and peeled)
  • 1/2 cup Thick Yogurt
  • 5 tbsp Cream
  • 15 Mint Leaves
  • 4 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 5 Bullet Green Chillies
  • 9 Garlic Cloves
  • 3-inch piece of Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 medium Onions (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt (levelled)
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 Bullet Green Chillies (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Coal for smoking the curry

  1. Anda Tikka Masala

    1. Prepare the Onion Mixture:

       - Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan and add green chili, garlic, ginger, and sliced onions. Fry on high flame until the onions become soft.

     2. Create a Paste:

       - Allow the fried mixture to cool and then transfer it to a blender. Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, yogurt, and grind to a smooth paste.

     3. Saute the Cumin Seeds:

       - In a separate pan, heat the remaining oil and add cumin seeds. Then, add the onion mixture and cook on high flame until the oil separates.

     4. Spice It Up:

       - Stir in coriander powder, black pepper, garam masala powder, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and 3/4 cup of water. Mix well, cover, and cook on low to medium flame until the oil separates.

     5. Add Cream:

       - Pour in the cream and continue to cook on medium flame until the oil separates.

     6. Prepare the Eggs:

       - Cut the boiled eggs into halves or as desired.

     7. Infuse Smoky Flavor:

       - Heat a piece of coal to generate smoke and place it in the curry. Follow the smoking process as shown in the video.

     8. Final Touch:

      - Add green chilies and coriander leaves and simmer on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.

     9. Serve and Enjoy:

       - Serve this delectable Anda Tikka Masala hot with roti, naan, or paratha for a delightful dining experience.
