ANARDANA GOSHT
Ingredients
1: mutton 1 kg
2: onions 2 large (grind)
3: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
4: pomegranate powder 2 tbsp
5: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
6: garam masala powder 1 tsp
7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: turmeric 1/2 tsp
9: coriander powder 1tbsp (heaped)
10: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
11: oil 1/2 cup
12: green chilli 4
13: fresh coriander hand-full

ANARDANA GOSHT
1: in a pot add mutton, ginger & garlic paste, turmeric, salt, onion, and water 2 glass mix and cook low to medium till the mutton is tender and 1 cup water is left.
2: heat oil add the boiled meat, cumin, crushed red chili, coriander powder, garam masala powder, anardana powder, and stock mix, and cover and cook on low medium flame till the oil comes on the surface. (if you do not make the stock of the meat then you can add water).
3: add green chilli, and fresh coriander mix.
4: Served hot with naan.
