Aloo Tikki Chaat 2

Ingredients

To Make Tikki

 1: potatoes 1 & 1/2 kg (pealed with 2 tsp salt & boiled & mashed)

 2: cumin seeds 2 tsp

 3: red chilli powder 2 tsp

 4: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 5: dry pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp (anar dana)

 6: rice flour 5 tbsp

 7: salt 2 tsp

 8: green chilli pate 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 9: onion 1 large (finely chopped)

10: mint leaves 15 (chopped)

11: fresh coriander handful

 

For Serving:

 1: yogurt

 2: onion

 3: white radish

 4: pomegranate

 5: green chutney (link)

 6: sweet imli chutney

 7: papari

 

Instructions

  1. 1: in a bowl add all ingredients until mixed well.

    2: take the mixture and make a round tikki as shown in the video (can freeze it at this stage for 6 months.

    3: heat oil and fry the tikki till gets golden, place on a paper towel to remove extra oil.

    4: to serve place the tikki on a plate add onions, white radish, pomegranate, yogurt, green chutney, sweet imli chutney, and papari.

    5: serve and enjoy.
