ALOO PAKORA
Ingredients
1: potatoes 600g (grate and squeeze water)
2: gram flour 7 tbsp
3: salt 1 tsp
4: chat masala powder 1 tsp
5: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
6: crushed red chilli 3 tsp
7: dry fenugreek leaves 3 tbsp
8: oil for frying
Instructions

1: in a bowl add potatoes, salt, chat masala, cumin, crushed red chili, and dry fenugreek mix well.
2: then add the gram flour and mix well, with firm hands squeeze while mixing.
3: heat oil.
4: add the mixture into small pieces and fry on medium flame, till golden.
5: Served hot with sweet imly chutney or ketchup.
