Aloo Methi Ke Pakode

Ingredients

 For Pakora:

 1: potatoes 1/2 kg (pealed and cut in small pieces)

 2: green chilli 2 (chopped)

 3: onions 2 medium (sliced)

 4: dry fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup (or) fresh 1 small bunch only the leaves

 5: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 6: coriander seeds 1 tsp

 7: carom seeds 1/4 tsp 

 8: salt 1 tsp

 9: red chilli powder 1 tsp (heaped)

10: garam masala powder 1 tsp

11: gram flour 1 cup

12: fresh coriander hand full

13: rice flour 2 & 1/2 tbsp

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil for frying

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add all ingredients under pakora and mx well with firm hands.

     2: add coriander and mx then add gram flour, rice flour mix and add little water and mix.

     3: heat oil well.

     4: add the mixture in small pieces and fry till gets golden and crisp on medium flame, remove and place on paper towel.

     5: serve hot with sweet chilli sauce, imli chutney.
