Aloo Matar Spring Roll || Spring Roll

Ingredients

 

 For Fillng:

 1: potatoes 1/2 kg (peeled, boiled & mashed)

 2: peas 1 cup (boiled)

 3: salt 1 tsp

 4: carom seeds 1/2 tsp

 5: coriander 1 tsp (heaped)

 6: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 7: Chat Masala Powder 1 tsp

 8: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 9: Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp

 10: turmeric 1/4 tsp

 11: green chilli 4 (finely chopped)

 12: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 

 For Assembling:

 1: Spring Sheet ( Spring Sheet Recipe)

 2: egg

 
 

 

Instructions

  1. Aloo Matar Spring Roll || Spring Roll

     1: in a bowl add all ingredients under filling mix well.

     2: you can store this mixture in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.

     3: place a spring sheet add the filling as shown the video and seal it with a egg.

     4: you freeze these in the freezer for a month.

     5: heat oil.

     6: fry the rolls till gets golden on medium to high flame.

     7: then place it on paper towel to remove extra oil.

     8: serve hot with Ketchup and cold drinks.
