ALOO KA HALWA
Ingredients
1: potatoes 1 kg (boiled & mashed)
2: clarified butter 4 tbsp (Desi Ghee)
3: powder sugar 2 cup
4: green cardamom 1 tsp
5: almonds 10 (sliced)
6: pistachios 10 (sliced)
7: milk powder 3 tbsp
Instructions

1: melt clarified butter add mashed potatoes and cook on high flame till the potatoes ooze clarified butter, keep stirring.
2: then add green cardamom, and milk powder and cook for a further 5 minutes, keep stirring.
3: now add powdered sugar and cook till the liquid dries.
4: now add a little almonds, and pistachios mix.
5: garnish it with nuts.
6: serve warm and enjoy!
