ALOO CHUTNEY KABAB

Ingredients

1: potatoes 1/2 kg (boiled & mashed)

  

 For Chutney:

 1: tamarind pulp 4 tbsp

 2: salt 1 tsp

 3: coconut powder 1 tbsp

 4: dry pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp (washed)

 5: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 6: coriander seeds 1 tsp

 7: green chilli 8

 8: onions 1 large

 9: fresh coriander handful

 

 

 For Batter:

 1: water 1 cup

 2: corn flour 1/2 cup

 3: gram flour 1/2 cup

 4: salt 1/2 tsp

 5: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 6: Caraway seeds 1/2 tsp

 

 1: oil for frying

Instructions

  1.  1: in a grinder add all ingredients under chutney and grind well.

     2: add the grinned mixture in the mashed potatoes, mix well.

     3: place all ingredients under batter in a bowl and mix well.

     4: heat oil for frying.

     5: grease your palms make round kababs, dip in the batter and fry it in hot oil, till gets golden on both sides.

     6: serve hot with roti and enjoy.
