ALOO BUKHARA CHATNI

Ingredients

1: Plum/Damson 1/2 kg (wash & Soak in water for 2-3 hours)

2: Sugar 2 cup

3: Salt 1 tsp

4: Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

5: Water 4 cups (including plum water)

6: Almonds 6-8 (peeled & boiled)

7: Melon Seeds 1 tsp

8: Sesame Seeds 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. ALOO BUKHARA CHATNI

     1: In a saucepan, add plum with its soaked water & cook on low-medium flame.

     2: Add salt, red chilli powder, sugar, and water then cook on high flame till water starts to boil.

     3: After the water starts to boil, cover with a lid & cook till gravy becomes thick on low-medium flame.

     4: Now keep the syrup to cool down at room temperature.

     5: Then serve it in a bowl & add almonds, sesame seeds, and melon seeds.

     6: Enjoy with biryani or pilau rice.
