AFLATOON SWEET RECIPE

Ingredients

1: khoya 200g

2: milk powder 1/2 cup 

3: semolina  1/2 cup 

4: sugar 100g

5: milk 1 cup

6: clarified butter 1/2 cup

7: pistachios 12 (sliced)

8: almond 12 (sliced)

9: raisin 2 tbsp

  1. 1: melt clarified butter add semolina, milk powder, and sugar mix, and cook on low to medium flame or till the semolina changes color and goes golden.

    2: now add khoya, and milk and cook till the khoya melts, on low flame.

    3: then add the nuts and raisins mix well and cook on low to medium flame till the liquid dries and the mixture starts to leave the pan and changes colour.

    4: Transfer the mixture to a greased tin, sprinkle a few nuts, press it down, and leave it to cool completely.

    5: now cut in pieces, and wrap in cling film.

    6: serve and enjoy.

    Note: store in the fridge for 1 to 2 weeks and freeze it for 2 months.
