AFGHANI CHICKEN RECIPE 2
Ingredients
1: chicken 1 kg
2: oil 1/2 cup
3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
4: onions 2 large, green chilli 8, cashew nuts 2 tbsp (grind to a paste with milk)
5: thick yogurt 1/2 cup
6: butter 40g
7: lemon juice 1 tbsp
8: garam masala powder 1 tsp
9: chaat masala powder 1 tsp
10: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
11: black pepper powder 1 tbsp
12: fenugreek powder 1/2 tsp
13: crean 1/2 cup
14: milk 1/2 cup
15: fresh coriander handful
To Smoke The Curry:
1: cloves 4 (crushed)
2: green cardamom 4 (crushed)
3: coals
4: oil 1 tbsp

1: marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except (butter, oil, fresh coriander) mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 1 & 1/2 hour.
2: heat oil and butter and add the marinated chicken, water 1 cup mix and wait for a boil on high flame, cover and cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on surface and the chicken is tender.
3: add fresh coriander mix.
4: heat the coals.
5: smoke the chicken as shown in the video with cloves, green cardamom and oil.
6: serve hot with naan.
