Achari Pudine Ki Chutney

Ingredients

1: Carrie 450g (raw mango)

2: green chilli 8

3: salt 1/2 tsp

4: fresh coriander 1 small bunch

5: fresh mint 1 small bunch

6: water 3 tbsp

7: mix achar 250g

Instructions

  1. 1: peel the raw mango, remove the seed, and cut into pieces.

    2: take a blender to add the raw mango pieces, green chili, salt, coriander, mint, and water, and blend it to a smooth paste.

    3: now add the achar and grind it again till gets smooth.

    4: store it in an airtight container in the fridge for a month.

    5: serve with Paratha or any Curry.

    NOTE: when using the achar, the mango pieces in it remove the hard piece from it and then use it.
