ACHARI KEEMA

Ingredients

1: mutton mince 1 kg

 2: tomatoes 2 large (sliced)

 3: onion 1 large (sliced)

 4: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 5: green chilli 5

 6: mix achar 2 tbsp

 7: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 8: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 9: salt 1 tsp

 10: coriander seeds 2 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)

 11: cumin seeds 1 tbsp

 12: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 13: fresh ginger 1 inch (sliced)

 14: oil 1/2 cup

 15: fresh coriander handful

Instructions

  1. ACHARI KEEMA

     1: heat oil add onion, ginger & garlic fry till golden, on high flame.

     2: now add cumin, coriander, tomatoes, red chilli, salt, turmeric mix and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the  surface.

     3: add the mince cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     4: then add water 1 cup cook again on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     5: now add garam masala powder, ginger, green chilli, achar, fresh coriander mix and simmer on low flame for 2 to 4  minutes.

     6: serve hot with naan, roti or paratha.
