ACHARI HARIYALI KEEMA

Ingredients

1: mutton mince 1 kg

2: tomatoes 3 medium (grind)

3: fresh coriander 1 small bunch, green chilli 15, ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp (grind well)

4: onions 2 large (grind)

5: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

6: salt 1 tsp

7: garam masala powder 1 tsp

8: coriander seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

9: turmeric 1/2 tsp

10:mix achar 1 & 1/2 tbsp

11:yogurt 4 tbsp

12:oil 1/2 cup

13:green chilli 4 (cut in half)

14:fresh coriander hand-full

 

Instructions

  1. 1: marinate the mince with the green masala, salt mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.

    2: heat oil add the onions fry till gets light golden.

    3: add the mince, tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, coriander mx well and cover and cook on low to medium till the oil comes on surface.

    4: now add the garam masala powder, yogurt and cook on high flame, till the oil comes on the surface.

    5: then add achar mix and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.

    6: mix green chilli, fresh coriander.

    7: serve hot with roti, naan.
