TORTILLA WRAPS
Ingredients
Filling:
1: chicken breast 3(cut in strips)
2: mushrooms 2 small(156g drained)
3: bell peppers 2 small(cut in strips)
4: onions 1 large(sliced)
5: BBQ sauce as much as required
6: mustard paste 1tsp heaped
7: paprika powder 1tsp heaped
8: salt 1/2 tsp
9: crushed red chilli 1tsp
10: ginger & garlic paste 1tsp
11: tomato ketchup 3 tbs
12: Worcestershire sauce 3tbs
13: cheddar cheese 1 cup
Tortilla:
1: Luke warm water (as required for making the dough)
2: plain flour 4cups
3: salt 1 tsp
4: sugar 1tbs
5: baking powder 1tsp
6: oil 2tbs
Instructions

1: marinate the chicken with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard paste, paprika powder, salt, crushed red chili, ginger & garlic paste mix well cover, and keep for 15 minutes in the fridge.2: make the dough and add the flour. sugar, salt, baking powder, and oil mix well, then add the water and make a medium-hard dough, cover and keep for 15 to 20 minutes.Filling:1: 2tbs oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken on medium flame till the liquid dries.2: then the onions, and mushrooms and cook only till the onions get soft, then add the bell peppers and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes on flame, keep aside.Tortilla:1: heat the pan and make it medium-hot.make balls and roll the dough, add the dough to the pan and cook on each side not too much only till it gets a nice color, cover and keep them in foil till serving.Tortilla Wraps:1: take the tortilla spread with BBQ sauce, chicken, and cheese and wrap it.2: heat a grill pan and add the tortilla wrap grill and serve hot.
