Ingredients

Marination:

1: chicken breast 200g (julienne cut)
2: oyster sauce 1 tbs
3: corn flour 1 tsp
4: chilli sauce 1tbs
5: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
6: dark soy sauce 2tbs
7: salt 1/2 tsp
 
 
Other:
 
 1: egg noodles 448g (boiled and kept aside)
 2: onions 1 small (sliced)
 3: garlic 4 pieces (finely chopped)
 4: spring onion 1 small (finely chopped)
 5: mix veg 1/2 kg (veg of your choice)
 6: sugar 1tbs
 7: sesame oil 3tbs
 8: peanut oil 3tbs
 9: sesame seeds 1tbs
10: oil 2 tbs
 
 
Sauce:
 
1: water 1/4 cup
2: corn flour 1tbs
3: oyster sauce 1tbs
4: dark soy sauce 2 tbs
5: salt 1/2 tsp
6: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
 

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN CHOW MEIN

     Recipe: (boil the noodles and keep them aside)

     
    1: marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, red chili sauce, oyster sauce, and corn flour mix well cover, and keep in the fridge for 20 minutes.
     
    2: make the sauce by adding corn flour, water, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, sugar, and oyster sauce mix well and keep aside.
     
    3: in a pan heat peanut oil, and sesame oil add garlic, and onions, and cook till get is soft on high flame.
     
    4: then add the marinated chicken and cook till the chicken cooks completely and the oil comes on the surface. (once cooked place it in a bowl).
     
    5: heat oil in a pan and toss the veg on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
     
    6: then add the noodles mix them with the veg, make a well in the middle, and add the sauce, bring the flame on high and mix it so that the sauce is mixed well with the noodles.
     
    7: then add the cooked chicken and mix well.
     
    8: garnish it with spring onions, sesame seeds and serve hot
