    1: in a pan add 1 tbs ghee heat it and fry the almonds, pistachios, and cashew nuts till golden, on medium flame, and once fried remove them and keep them in a large bowl.

    2: add again 1 tbs of ghee and fry the gond, till changes color to white and fluffy, remove and place with the nuts, and the ghee in the pan as well.
     
    3: now wipe the pan clean, and add 2 tbsp of ghee, fry the phool makhana till gets a golden color, remove, and place with the nuts.
     
    4: add 11 tbs ghee and fry the melon seed till golden, remove and place with the nuts.
     
    5: again add 1 tbsp ghee and fry the raisins and keep this in a separate bowl.
     
    6: now add the remaining ghee to the pan, then add the semolina, and green Cardamom powder mix well and cook on low lame please make sure that it does not burn or go golden, and roast it for a good 10 to 15 minutes.
     
    7: then add the raisins mix it, kand keep it aside till it completely gets cold.
     
    8: once the semolina is cold, then add the sugar & desiccated coconut and mix well.
     
    9: now grind all the fried nuts coarsely, and also mix them in the semolina.
     
    10: mix all the ingredients well, and eat whatever you like, keep in an airtight jar.
