1: beat an egg and keep it aside.2: in a bowl add fish, salt, black pepper mix well and cover and keep aside for 4 to 5 minutes.3: After 5 minutes dip the fish pieces in the egg, flour, and bread crumbs.4: in a pan heat the oil and add the fish to fry till golden, medium flame about 3 to 4 minutes.5: then place them on the paper towel.6: Served hot with beans, and ketchup.
