  1. FISH BURGER

    1: in a bowl add fish, lemon juice, salt, red chilli, and black pepper mix well and set aside for 4 to 5 minutes.

    2: then dip the fish in the flour and the bread crumbs, press the fish with your palms in the bread crumbs, this helps it to stick enough crumbs.

    3: in a pan heat oil and fry it till golden, once fried place it on a paper towel.
     
    4: now heat a flat pan and warm the buns, spread the tartar sauce, lettuce, then fish, onion rings, cheese slice, ketchup, and some more tartar sauce on the other side of the bun.
     
    5: Served hot with fries.
