  1. CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD

    1: Preheat your oven to 180c/ 160c fan/ 350f/ Gas 4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Put a large frying pan over medium heat and get it nice and sizzling hot. Add two tablespoons of olive oil, and when that starts to sizzle add the chicken breasts  Leave these for 5-7 minutes on medium heat until is golden.

     
    2: Turn the chicken over and put the pan into the oven for 20 minutes until they are cooked through. When they're done, remove them from the oven, wrap them in foil, and let them rest while you get everything else ready.
     
    3: Chop your bread slices into 1" chunks and toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, and salt. Scatter over a baking tray and pop into the same oven with the chicken for 15 minutes, until golden and as crunchy as you'd like- toss them every 5 minutes to make sure they're cooking evenly.
