  1. MAGHAZ MASALA

    1: in a pan boil water and add the turmeric powder 1tsp

     and the brain, wait for the boil and then boil it on high flame for good 8 minutes, then drain the water and keep aside.
     
    2: in a pan heat the oil add onions and cook on high flame till gets light golden brown.
     
    3: then add the tomatoes, gram masala, salt, turmeric, red chilli, half the green chilli, ginger and 1/2 cup of water and cook on high flame till the water dries and the oil comes on the surface.
     
    4: now add the boiled brains mix well and mash it, cover and cook on low to medium flame for 5 to 8 minutes.
     
    5: then add the remaining green chilli, dried fenugreek leaves simmer for a minute.
     
    6: serve hot with roti naan & ENJOY!
