  1. Yogurt ( Homemade)

    1: in a pan bring the milk to a boiling stage.

    2: when it boils close the flame & bring it to room temperature, (but make sure it is not too cold or the milk will not get thick).

    3: then add the yogurt and use a hand whisk to mix it very well, now cover it and keep it in a warm place for several hours till gets thick (you can also wrap a towel around the milk bowl this helps a lot).

    4: once set can keep it in the fridge and use it when required.

    (if u want to make the yogurt fast heat the oven for 20 minutes at 180c, then close the oven and place the milk mixture in it till gets thick)
