Cake Pops
Ingredients
1: plain chocolate fairy cakes 650 g
2: plain chocolate 200 g (melt it)
3: plate with cling film
4: lolly pop sticks
5: milk chocolate 150 g
6: dark chocolate 150 g
7: walnuts or any u would like 1/2 cup
8: desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
9: colored sprinkles ( as required)
Instructions

1: in a bowl crumble the fairy cakes & mix in the melted chocolate 200 g mix it well, this will help bind the cake to pops.
2: now make the balls, firmly press it to the the round shape & insert the lolly pop stick in them, place it on the plate & keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hour to set them.
3: melt the chocolates for garnishing.
4: now take out the cake pops out of the fridge & roll them in the melted chocolates, nuts, coconut, sprinkles & stand them in a glass or plate to set.
5: serve it once set. enjoy :)
