Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

1: Self raising flour 1 1/4 cup
2: Dark chocolates 250g
3: Brown sugar 1cup
4: Unsalted butter 250g
5: Eggs 3
6: Chocolate chip drops 3 to 4 tbsp
7: Vanilla esence 1tbsp
8: Baking tray (with baking paper greased)
 

Instructions

  1. 1: Beat the eggs and keep aside.
    2: In a pan melt the butter. Low heat.
    3: Once butter melts, add the dark chocolate & melt it. Low heat.
    4: Once the chocolate melts too, add the sugar. Low heat. Keep mixing.
    5: After melting the sugar, add the vanilla esence and mix. Turn the heat off and    add the self raising flour. Keep on mixing till the micture turns in to a smooth    batter. Add the beated eggs and mix it well.
    6: Pour the entire batter in to the baking tray. Spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the    chocolate chip drops.
    7: Pre-heat the oven for 15 mins and bake for 40 mins on 180c, gas mark 4 and 350F.
    8: Once baked, let it cool down and cutt it into pieces and serve.
