Bread Homemade

Ingredients

  •  plain flour 1/2 kg
  • whole milk 1/2 cup
  • warm water (as required to make dough)
  • egg 1
  • suger 1tbs
  • instant yeast 1 1/2 ts
  • salt 1/2 ts
  • oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

    1.  in a large bowl add flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast mix well.
    2. then add in the egg, oil, milk mix it with the help of your hands, and keep adding the water slowly to form a soft dough.
    3. it will be sticking to your hands but that is what is required, then dust flour on the working surface add the dough, and knead it with your palms ( check the video for the kneading) for 5 min.
    4. grease a bowl and place the dough in it & also grease the top of the dough, cover and keep it till it doubles in size, (time varies).
    5. once the dough rises then once again dust the surface with flour and knead it for a further 4 to 5 min, then grease the loaf pan and add the dough in it, grease it on the top lightly, and leave it till it rises again (time varies).
    6. preheat the oven, grease the dough lightly on the top, and bake it at 200c, gas mark 6 and 400f, for 25 minutes or till the top gets brown. (time varies)
    7. once baked take it out of the baking tin and let it cool down. then cut and serve.
