Chicken Macaroni Recipe
1. In a pot, boil water and chicken until tender.
2. Boil water with salt and oil, add macaroni, and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a bowl, mix broast masala with water, then add boiled chicken and let it marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Heat oil and fry marinated chicken pieces until golden. Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
5. In the same pan, add garlic and onion. Fry until onions soften.
6. Add bell pepper, carrots, sweet corn, crushed red chili, salt, black pepper, dark soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, hot sauce, tomato ketchup, and onion layers. Cook on medium to high heat for a few minutes. Adjust tomato ketchup to taste.
7. Add broast chicken, macaroni, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
8. Serve hot with garlic bread, dinner rolls, or mayo.
