  1.  1: Add the almonds & milk to the blender and then blend the mixture.

     2: Then in a nonstick pan, add 2 tbsp clarified butter and melt it on low-medium flame.

     3: Now add the mixture in the pan and keep stirring it continuously on low flame.

     4: Then add sugar, green cardamom powder, saffron & food colour stir continuously for 15-25 minutes.

     5: Then keep stirring till water reduces and the mixture leaves the side of the pan & comes in the middle.

     6: Now add 1 tbsp of clarified butter, stir continuously & cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

     7: Then garnish with finely chopped almonds.

     8: Serve & enjoy.
