AFGHANI CHICKEN RECIPE
Ingredients
1: chicken 1 kg
2: cream 1 & 1/2 cup
3: thick yogurt 1 cup
4: cashew nuts 15
5: almonds 15
6: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: green chilli 8
9: dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
10: ginger 1 inch (julienne cut)
11: lemon juice 2 to 3 tbsp
12: black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
13: garam masala powder 1 tsp
14: cumin powder 1 tsp
15: oil 1/2 cup
16: coals to smoke the curry
Instructions

1: in a blender add almonds, cashew nuts, yogurt, green chilli, and grind to a paste.
2: marinate the chicken with the cream, grind paste, ginger & garlic paste, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, dry fenugreek leaves, and black pepper powder mix well and leave it for 1 hour.
3: in a pot add oil, marinated chicken, and place the pot on high flame, wait for a boil on high flame then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and oil comes on surface.
4: heat the coals.
5: smoke the curry as shown in the video.
6: then add the ginger and simmer on low flame for 4 minutes.
