MUTTON KASURI KARAHI

Ingredients

1: mutton 1 kg

 2: onions 2 medium (grind to a paste)

 3: oil 1/2 cup

 4: cloves 4

 5: black pepper corn 8

 6: cinnamon stick 1 piece

 7: fennel seeds 1 tsp (grinned)

 8: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 9: dry fenugreek leaves 1/3 cup

 10: salt 1 tsp

 11: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 12: lemon juice 2 tbsp

 13: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 14: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 15: fresh coriander 1/3 cup

 16: bullit green chilli 2 (sliced) 

Instructions

  1. 1: in a bowl add meat, onion paste, ginger & garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, lemon juice, salt, cumin   seeds, fennel mix well and leave it for 2 hours.

     2: heat oil add the marinated meat, fry on high flame till changes colour, add cloves, black pepper corn, cinnamon   stick, mix.

     3: now add water wait for a boil on high flame, than cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is tender and   oil comes on surface.

     4: then add green chilli, fenugreek leaves mix and simmer on low flame.

     5: add fresh coriander mix.

     6: serve hot with roti.
