FALOODA SEVIYAN RECIPE

Ingredients

1: corn flour 1 cup

2: sugar 5 tbsp

3: water 2 & 1/2 cups

4: large bowl of ice cold water

5: sev maker (greased) or pipping bag or plastic bottle

Instructions

  1.  

     

    1: in a bowl add water, sugar, corn flour mix well so they are no lumps.

    2: transfer the mixture in a large pot, cook in low to medium flame, till the mixture gets thick and transparent.

    3: add the hot mixture in any one of the utensils, as in the video, add squeeze it in ice cold water.

    4: keep this in freezer for 20 minutes.

    5: use the sev as u like for making falooda or make it as i did in the video.

     

    For Falooda: jelly 3 colour (cut in small pieces)

                 almonds & pistachio 12 (crushed)

                 Rooh afza a few tbsp

                 ice crushed

                 kulfa

                 cherries

                 mix fruit or crushed pineapple
