COTTAGE CHICKEN CUTLETS

Ingredients

1: boneless chicken 1/2 kg

 2: cottage cheese 2 cups

 3: bread slices 3

 4: garlic 4 cloves

 5: crushed black pepper 1 tsp

 6: green chile 6

 7: eggs 2

 8: dry bread crumbs 1 cup

 9: water 2 cups

 10: oil for frying

Instructions

  1. COTTAGE CHICKEN CUTLETS

     1: in a pan add chicken, water, garlic and cook till the chicken is tender and water dries, then shred the chicken.

     2: in a chopper add chicken, bread, black pepper, green chile, salt and grind well.

     3: then add cottage cheese and mix well.

     4: grease your palms, make kababs, dip in eggs then bread crumbs.

     5: heat oil.

     6: fry till golden on both sides, on medium flame.

     7: place on paper towel.

     8: serve hot with ketchup.
