NAAN PIZZA WITHOUT OVEN

Ingredients

 For Making Naan:

 1: plain flour 1 cup

 2: salt 1 tsp

 3: baking powder 1 tsp

 4: baking soda 1/4 tsp

 5: yogurt 1/3 cup

 6: oil 2 tbsp

 7: oil 1 tbsp

 

For Topping:

 1: paneer 150g (readymade or check the link for homemade)

 2: tandoori masala 1 tbsp

 3: oil 2 tbsp

 4: ginger & garlic paste 1/2 tsp

 5: bell pepper 1 medium (sliced & deseeded)

 6: onion 1 small (sliced)

 7: tomato 1 small (sliced & deseeded)

 8: mozzarella cheese 2 cups

 9: pizza sauce 4 tbsp (readymade or check the link for homemade)

 10: 8 inch pan (grease slightly)

 11: oregano 2 tsp

 

To cook in pot:

 1: Large Pot

 2: salt 2 cups

Instructions

  1. NAAN PIZZA WITHOUT OVEN

     1: in a bowl add the paneer, ginger & garlic paste, tandoori masala, and oil mix well and leave it for 10 minutes.

     2: then remove the paneer and keep it aside.

     3: now add the bell pepper, and onion to the marination remains, and mix well.

     4: heat oil 2 tbsp add the paneer and fry for 2 minutes, on high flame, then remove it and keep aside, now break the paneer into two pieces.

     5: in the same pan add the veggies, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame, then add the tomatoes mix, and close the flame.

     6: chop the veggies.

     7: in a pot add the salt stand in the middle, and heat it on high for flame 10 minutes covered.

     8: in a bowl add flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, mix then add oil, and yogurt mix and make a soft dough, add oil to the dough, and knead.

     9: divide the dough in two balls, roll it, grease the pan, place the rolled dough, pierce the dough with a folk, spread pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, chopped veggies, paneer, mozzarella, oregano.

     10: Place the pizza on the stand, cover and cook on a high or medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes.

     11: Served hot with cold drinks.
