TORNADO POTATO RECIPE

Ingredients

 1: potatoes 9 (peeled & keep in water)

 2: skewers

 3: oil fry deep frying

 

 For Batter:

 1: plain flour 1 cup

 2: baking powder 2 tsp

 3: vinegar 1 & 1/2 tsp

 4: oil 1 & 1/2 tsp

 5: water as much required for batter

 

 For Serving:

 1: ketchup

 2: bbq sauce

 3: mayonnaise

 4: salt

 5: red chilli powder

 6: black pepper powder

 7: chaat masala powder

 8: peri peri powder

 9: cheese puff crisp (crush it)

Instructions

  1. TORNADO POTATO RECIPE

     1: peel the potatoes.

     2: push the skewers through the potatoes, cut with sharp knife or a spiral cutter, go round and till the end, spread the   layers and keep it in water.

     3: for batter in a bowl add plain flour, baking powder, vinegar, oil, water mix well, the batter should not be thick.

     4: heat oil.

     5: now cover the potatoes with batter very well, one at a time.

     6: place it in hot oil, fry till gets golden, place on paper towel so remove extra oil.

     7: garnish each potato as shown in the video.

     8: serve hot and enjoy.
