CHICKEN SAUSAGE RECIPE

Ingredients

1: chicken mince 1 kg (fine mince)

 2: bell pepper 1 small (finely chopped)

 3: garlic paste 1 tsp (crushed)

 4: cumin powder 1 tsp

 5: five spices 1 tsp

 6: salt 2 tsp

 7: paprika powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 8: ginger powder 1 tsp

 9: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 10: dry mint 1/2 tsp

 11: oregano 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN SAUSAGE RECIPE

     1: mix all ingredients, very well.

     2: grease your palms and cling film slightly, take a small amount of the mixture and roll it in the cling as shown in the   video and twist the ends well.

     3: boil water.

     4: add the warped mixture in the hot water and boil it for 5 minutes, on high flame.

     5: then keep it in ice cold water for 5 minutes, take it out of the water, remove the cling film and keep in fridge for 1     hour.

     6: heat oil and fry for a few minutes.

     7: serve hot in sandwich, breakfast and enjoy.

     

     NOTE: you freeze them for 2 months. make the sandwich as i did in the video.
