MOLTEN LAVA CAKE IN PRESSURE COOKER

Ingredients

1: plain flour 1/2 cup

 2: powder sugar 1/2 cup

 3: cocoa powder 5 tbsp

 4: baking powder 1/4 tsp

 5: dark chocolate 140g (chopped)

 6: salted butter 57g

 7: condensed milk 1/3 cup

 8: warm water 1/2 cup

 9: For baking, salt 1 & 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. MOLTEN LAVA CAKE IN PRESSURE COOKER

     1: grease the ramekins with butter & dust cocoa powder inside.

     2: put salt in the pressure cooker and heat it for 10 minutes on high flame, keep a stand.

     3: in a mixing bowl, add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix well. 

     4: simmer some water in a saucepan, and place a heat safe bowl over it. Add in the dark chocolate and butter, let it   Melt and once done, keep aside.

     5: mix warm Water with the condensed milk and keep aside. 

     6: pour in the condensed milk and melted chocolate-butter, to the dry ingredients and stir gently.

     7: divide the batter into the ramekins.

     8: once hot, place the ramekins inside, and cover to bake, make sure the flame is low-medium.

     9: bake for 12 to 15 minutes, but check after 10 minutes if the top sets of the cake, the lava cake is ready to take out.

     10: Let the cake stand for a minute before serving. Goes well with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream.

     11: serve and enjoy.
