BIHARI CHICKEN KARAHI

Ingredients

1: chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pieces)

 2: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 3: salt 1 tsp

 4: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 5: cashew nuts 10

 6: gram flour 2 tbsp (dry roasted)

 7: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 8: yogurt 1 cup

 9: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 10: fried onions grounded 3 tbsp

 11: oil ½ cup

  

 To Serve:

 1: coal 1 piece

 2: onion rings 1 large

 3: green chile 3

 4: fresh coriander 3 tbsp 

Instructions

  1. BIHARI CHICKEN KARAHI

     1: marinate chicken with all ingredients mix and leave it for 1 hour.

     2: heat oil.

     3: add the marinated chicken mix and cook on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the oil   comes on surface and chicken is tender, then add coriander leaves.

     4: heat the coal and place it on the curry as shown in the video.

     5: serve with onion rings, green chilli.

     6: serve hot with roti.
