BUFFALO CHICKEN QUESADILLA
Ingredients
1: chicken breast 1 kg (boiled and shredded)
2: mozzarella cheese 1 & 1/2 cup
3: hot sauce 3/4 cup
4: sweet corn 325g can (drain the water & squeeze it as well)
5: cream cheese 400g (readymade or for homemade check the link in the video)
6: Cheddar cheese 1 & 1/2 cup
7: black pepper powder 1 tsp
8: salt 1 tsp
9: spring onion 1 (finely sliced)
10: tortilla 15 (readymade or for homemade check the link in the video)
11: baking tray greased well
NOTE: preheat oven 180c, 350f, gas mark 4, 20 minutes before.
Instructions

Baked:
1: For Filling: mix all ingredients very well.
2: cut 6 tortilla in half.
3: place the cut tortilla in the greased pan as shown in the video and two whole as well on top, as shown in the video.
4: spread the filling and top it again with the tortilla as shown in the video.
5: grease the tortilla with melted butter, place a baking paper and another baking tray on top, press on it, bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.
6: once baked, remove the baking paper and the tray, now bake it again till gets golden on the top or keep it under the grill, your choice.
7: cut in slices and serve hot with sour cream, salsa, guacamole.
To Make It On a Frying Pan or Tawa:
1: spread the filling on one side of the tortilla, fold it.
2: in a fry pan, add 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
3: place the filled tortilla, cook on high flame till gets golden and crisp on both sides.
4: cut in slices & serve hot with sour cream, salsa, guacamole.
