MAGGIE KE PAKODE

Ingredients

1: maggi noodles masala packets 2

 2: water 180ml

 3: cabbage 1/2 cup (finely chopped)

 4: green chile 2 (finely chopped)

 5: bell pepper 1/3 cup (finely chopped)

 6: onion 1/2 cup (finely chopped)

 7: gram flour 1 cup

 8: semolina 1/3 cup

 9: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp

 10: salt 1 tsp

 11: oil for frying

 12: fresh coriander 3 tbsp

 13: water 1 to 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1.  1: in a pan add the noodles and the spice packets (included in the Maggi pack), water 180ml, mix and cook till the     noodles are soft and water dries on medium flame.

     2: once boiled keep aside to cool completely.

     3: now add all ingredients in the cooled Maggi mix well, add water and mix.

     4: heat oil.

     5: make small bite size pakode, fry till crisp on medium flame.

     6: serve hot with ketchup and enjoy :)
