1: whipping cream 2 cups
2: ice water 5 tbsp

1: in a chopper add the cream and beat till the cream looks yellow and gets thick.
2: then add the cold water and beat till the water separates and the cream looks like a solid mixture.
3: drain the water and squeeze the ball of butter till no liquid is left.
4: store in an air-tight zip lock bag, use within 5 to 7 days.
5: serve it with roti, and naan, make paratha with it, and serve it with hot naan and Shakar (Brown Sugar), Gur (jaggery).
